I'll never again complain about men punching walls. There is now a major dent in the living room wall. Of course I blame my teenage hormones, and of course my wonderful dad will fix the wall. No questions asked. As long as no one finds out I punched it, then I'm good. Friday, July 31, 2009
DADDY! THERE'S A HOLE IN THE WALL!

Taxi!
TAXI! Get me out of here! I'm PMSing!I've been in the most terrible mood today. You'd think that I'd feel bad for the people I snapped at today, but I'm not. Not yet anyway. My conscious seems to be taking an extended vacation at the moment. But right now I'm internally bleeding rivers, so I'll deal with that later.
So I'm eating the surprisingly good PMS mints Michael, yes that's right PMS mints, bought me yesterday. I'm not really in the mood to share my unpredictable mood swings with you, so I'll blog about my life later. I'll make it up to you later. :]
Your Daily 5:

2. My favourite fast food places are Starbucks and Tim Horton's.
3. I like vegetarian pizza.
4. I've always wanted to go sky diving, although I'm scared of heights.
5. I'm still scared of the dark. I always get this feeling that some one's hiding somewhere in a dark corner.
Ciao.

Where Can I Get One Of Those?
Notice the coffee cup? That's cause it's time to wake up and smell that espresso coffee we all love! That and it's time to realize that terrible things happen to good people, or at least people with really nice cars.So I was on my way to the movie theatre to watch The Ugly Truth with Michael, on the way there I saw the most amazingly hot black BMW (I know it was a BMW because I got Michael to teach me the difference between Hondas and BMWs a few weeks ago). And I thought "That's the nicest car I've ever seen. It looks new too."
And then as if god intended to deliver karma to undeserving, I saw the most blood curling, coolest thing I ever saw. The BMW got hit by a speeding red car with such force that the black BMW bend inward on itself until you could no longer see the front window, while as the red car's paint wasn't even puckered (Perhaps it was a Mercedes Guardian? I hear they're virtually indestructible. With 4000 pounds of body armour and missile proof glass. You can run a tank over that baby and I'd still be in perfect condition. Okay so I got that part out of Breaking Dawn, but that doesn't make it any less true). Hm...where can I get one of those?
Anyway, after the huge collision the drive came out of the BMW and starting screaming words you usually don't hear from except by truck drivers. So apparently the guy bought his brand spanking new BMW 2 weeks ago and still has however many payments it takes to pay for a car like that. It couldn't have been that great if that car went through a crash that big without the airbags coming out. He should have been happen to have survived. He should have to pay. He made me late for my date. D:
Well since today's picture theme is coffee, I thought I'd tell you a story about food, and cooking. I've met a lot of bad cooks, but this one guy was the worst.
So I was at Michael's house, it was his birthday. Then I see one of the people who rented his house standing in the kitchen in a holey tee shirt and what seemed like really worn out shorts, or old boxers three sizes too big. He held a large pan in one hand and a box of pizza in the other.
I thought that he was cooking two different entrees at the same time. He thought differently. He put the pan down and then proceeded to dump excessive amounts of veg table oil in the pan. After the oil began to simmer he put the box on top of the pan, but the box of frozen pizza was too big to fit into the pan, so it just sat there, the turned edges holding the box out of the oil.
So like any other girl, I ducked into Michael's room before he could even think of offering us some pizza. I'd rather save myself from the food poisoning. :]
Your Daily 5:
1. I take my coffee with 2 creams and 4 sugars.
2. I don't like pears. In any shape or form. They're disgusting.
3. I know it sounds disgusting, but I like green tea ice cream.
4. I'm terrified of hospitals/needles or anything along those lines.
5. I got suspended in kindergarten for god knows what for an entire week.

Now That's A No No.
Hi. I'm back! The CIA/FBI people never came after me, but maybe that's just because they know where I live and that I would never spend so much money just to go to the U.S. to blow up some ex president. This morning I tripped walking up the stairs to my room and scraped my knee and foot (again). Making the existing cut on my foot bigger. Thinking nothing of it, I continued to walk to my room. By the time I got there, I looked down and realized there was a small pool of blood coming from my foot. I put on a band-aid on and walked out of my room, only to realize that I had left a long dotted trail of blood.
Knowing that my mom would freak out if she found out that I bled all over her new carpet, I grabbed a sponge, some soap, and a tiny bucket of water and began scrubbing the carpet on all fours, praying that my mom didn't plan on coming out of her room anytime soon.
When I finished there was a distinct soap scent that filled the hall. In a desperate attempt to hide said soapy smell I ran to the storage closet, grabbed ferbreeze and airwick and began running up and down the stairs while spraying.
Of course my mom just had to walk out while I was frantically running up and down the stairs spraying everything in sight. She just shook her head and walked away. At least I didn't get in trouble right?
So I went out with my mom today to the library. Sounds bad. I know. It wasn't.
When I was about to walk down the stairs I tripped (on the carpet perhaps?) and rolled down the stairs. Sounds bad. I know. It wasn't. But then my dress flew up and 20 innocent bystanders were then finding themselves looking at my undies. Now that's a no no.
I'd tell you more about my embarrassing moment, but I'd rather not corrupt the innocent reader's minds.
Your daily 5:
1. I didn't find out I had a middle name til I was in 6th grade. My parents never told me.
2. My uncle named me because my dad decided to go hang out with his friends instead.
3. I've shot a gun before. I was suppose to shoot a target, but I missed and I'm pretty sure that the bullet hit a bird...Poor birdie...D:
4. I'm a veggie person. I don't like killing animals.
5. I resort to violence though I try not to. One time in 9th grade, some really short asian kid jumped out and tried to mug my best friend and I. I punched him in the face, and my best friend kicked him where it hurts. Then we walked away. He threatened us with a Swiss knife. :\

It's That Time Again!
It's that time of day again! The time where I blog and hopefully at least one person reads and comments! :]Ever had one of nights where you toss and turn, and never get any sleep? Yea that's me. Every night. What do I do? I call reinforcements. By reinforcements I mean I call Michael at 3 in the morning so he can suffer the same fate that I do. What do we talk about so early in the morning you ask? Well, we had a heated argument about what whales sound like when they sing for a good half hour. Here's a summary of what happened:
Michael's Point of View:
If a whale's gonna sing than it sings when it shoots water out of it's blowhole! So obviously it'd sound like water such as "whooooshhhhh" or "shhhhhhhhh" or "splat".
My Point of View:
If a whale's gonna sing, it's not gonna sound like pee. That's not attractive and there's no way they'd do that as a mating call. It'd sound more like "hmmmmmmm" (hummed in a way that sounds like a question) or something else along those lines. At least it doesn't sound like someone taking a number 1.
All of a sudden I remember the only thing I learned in civics class. Wire tapping. It's where creepers with no lives will buy a $200 device so that they can tap into your phone conversations without you knowing. Now there's no law in Canada banning such devices because there are already hundreds of thousands of people with said device in Canada alone. No point in banning it now if people are just gonna listen anyway. So what if some of those hundreds of thousands of people were listening to our conversation? (which they probably are) Then that would mean that possible thousands of people heard me make possible singing whale noises.
Now that is what you call embarassing.
That got me thinking...I wonder if anyone will show up on my doorstep and arrest me if I scream "LET'S GO BLOW UP GEORGE BUSH!" into the phone. I think I'll try that tonight. If I don't post anything tomorrow, you'll know that I've been taken away. You'll help testify in trial for me if it comes to that wouldn't you? :]
Your Daily 5:
1. I am absolutely petrified of thunder. I will wince and hide under tables at the very sound.
2. I have a one dimpled smile. It makes me feel like I wasn't...built properly.
3. Every time I go out to eat, I order the funniest sounding thing on the menu.
4. The sight and smell of bloods scares me, but intrigues me at the same time.
5. I got drunk for the first time when I was 3. It was 11 pm and I came down wanting something to drink before I went back to sleep. My dad and uncles unbelievably drunk and were playing poker. When I asked for something to drink, my uncle told me that there was a glass of apple juice on the kitchen counter. Instead of drinking the apple juice, I downed a glass of beer. Then proceeded to run around the house playing tag with inanimate objects. Now everytime company comes over my dad tells them the story.
Remember: don't say anything on the phone that you wouldn't want people to know about cause there's always someone listening in! ;O

The Battle Plan~
Alright, so I decided that I'm gonna set a goal for myself cause I have absolutely nothing better to do this summer because I'm jobless. I am going to attempt to get 100 hits/posts before the end of the summer, whichever one comes first. That's how bored I am this summer. You promise you'll help right? ;]Moving on to more interesting topics, I had to cancel a date with Michael today cause my parents came home early. Here's the deal: my parents forbid me to date and or have anything to do with guys in general, until I'm 24 (yea I know. EVERY parents' dream: the puberty and hormones don't kick in until after they kick you out of the house). We all know that's not gonna happen right? (and if you didn't...you do now).
Remember what they say about love at first sight? They say it doesn't exist, but I think it does, not that I ever experienced it before. Anyway more on love and whatnot. I'm gonna tell you guys the story about how I met Michael (of course I'll edit out all the inappropriate details for you...or not).
It was sometime after school in November if I remember correctly. I was walking to my locker when I see this boy in a dark gray hoodie sitting, his legs slightly apart, his elbows resting on his knees, in the corner where the wall and the lockers met. He had his down seemingly focused on whatever it was between his legs, his hands moving around between his legs.
Naturally I was scared, so I slowly walked to my locker trying to avoid eye contact as much as possible, but as far as he was concerned I don't think he even noticed the frightened little girl quietly backing away from him. After retrieving my stuff from my locker, I carefully looked over my shoulder to the boy to see if he was there. He was.
Upset about his very presence bugged me. How could he just sit there touching his...his...lovestick. Clearly that wasn't normal, even for a boy. Not that they're normal to begin with. So I march to him with renewed determination and said "You there! What the hell do you think you're doing?".
He looked up at me. Confusion swept through his eyes. "Excuse me?" he asked. His whole face twisted into a question mark. And that's when I realized that his hands were busy, but only because he was shuffling through his MP3 player.
Smart move Cathy.
And they lived happily ever after. (cool reflection, huh?)
Your Daily 5:
1. I'm blunt. I'm never afraid to speak my mind; regardless of who it might hurt.
2. I got hit by a car when I was 7 and walked away with a scraped knee.
3. I've only been out of the country once, but I'd love to go backpacking around Europe one day though.
4. I've always wondered: If penguins lay eggs, why do they have sex?
5. I tripped twice while walking up the stairs today. They should really find safer methods of transportation from floor to floor for people like me. It's pretty hazardous actually.
Remember: The face looking back in the mirror? They're a lot more capable than you think they are. :]

Tis Me. Again.
Hello again people whom I may not know.Okay. So maybe I'm not in the best of moods right now. Maybe I can't help it. Maybe the world has some messed up way of misplacing undeserved karma. Or maybe it's that time of month again... Yep. Definitely that time of month again. So watch out world, Cathy might attack. I'm serious. I bite.
But of course all of you lucky readers out there are protected by your computer screens and locked doors (if they're not locked, I suggest you do that now before I take notice). Kidding! I would never do that to you faithful readers out there. At least not the ones I don't know in person. If I do know you personally, than you're not quite as lucky.
You know, I think I'd be in a better mood if I didn't find an empty smarties in the garbage can. Of course, my parents would hide my chocolate from me, but that wouldn't hold them back from eating it. But praise the lord, I found a fudgesicle in my freezer. If not for it, whoever ate my smarties would be missing an arm, or a head. Whichever came first.
Since I'm in a better mood now, wait no. I take it back. I have to see my math tutor tomorrow morning. Which means one of two things. One: I have to wake up early tomorrow morning and I am not a morning person. Two: It's that time of month. So I'm gonna be extra unpleasant to deal with. But all the moodiness aside, my tutor's not a bad person. She's just painfully boring. It's not her fault she can't make math interesting, but I do blame her for making me stay in a small room with screaming kids who refuse to pay attention.
Oh right. My boyfriend, Michael, threw a tiny little fit about me not mentioning him. So I'm here to pronounce his awesomeness to the world. He's probably just scared that some random guy sees my blog and decides to hunt me down sometime later. Kidding! [Don't kill me Michael. xD] Did I mention how adorably cute he is though?
I suppose it's time I stop blogging today. Three entries are good enough for today right? No need to spam the nonexistant dedicated readers any further right? I'll see you guys later (or I'll just read the hit counter).
Night. A word of advice: don't let the boogie man eat you! :]
The Simple Life~

Back to when life was simple.
Back to when the only thing I cared about was recess.
Back to when the scariest thing was the moster hiding in my closet.
Back to when my only concern was hoping I would never grow up.
Because the more I think about it,
the more I'm scared of who'll I'll become and how much I'll miss being little.
How I'll miss running downhill with my arms stretched out,
Feeling the wind brush between my fingers.
My hair blown back. Without a single care in the world.
It's Just Me~
Hello people of the world with computers that have internet access. My name's Cathy. :]
I'm 16 on the outside and 4 1/2 on the inside. I'm told all the time that I should act my age, but I still hug my teddy bears to sleep. So what? That doesn't make me any less of a person.
I'm not quite sure yet, but I think my parents hide all the chocolate I bought yesterday from me cause I bought a box of smarties and they just seemed to have magically disappeared from their original spot on the table (probably to prevent me from having another one of my out of control sugar rushes). Parents. They never learn. They should have known that I would've bought a second box of smarties just in case.
So, more about me. I'm going into my junior year in high school. I plan on going into social working, thought I really wanted to go into writing. I'd tell you that I'm psyched about it going back to school, but I'm not gonna lie to you like that. To tell you the truth, the very thought of me walking down the hall at school for another two long, painful years is almost unbearable. It's not that I don't like school...it's just that my parents hover over me waiting for me to slip up, which by the way happens all the time. So maybe I'm not the smartest girl out there, but I'm trying my best. What more could you ask for?
The (soon to be) daily 5 [things you should know about me]:
1. I'm an extremely clumsy person. I walk into things all the time (ex: walls, polls, parked cars, people...you get the idea.)
2. I like country music.
3. I'm a total facebook addict.
4. When I was six years old I told everybody I knew that one day I would become Miss Universe. (My parents recorded my declaration. They show it to me every once in a while as if to say "you were so cute. What happened?!?")
5. I still have yet to take my G1 test. D:
